Shinning satin

Shinning satin is one type of traditional fabric made of synthetic fibers. This fabric is made with polyester FDY glossy 50D/24F as the warp yarn and polyester DTY 75D non-woven filament (with twisting) as the weft yarn as raw materials. It is woven on a jet-spun loom using satin weave. Due to the use of glossy warp yarn, the fabric surface has charm. It has advantages such as lightness, softness, comfort and luster, and has occupied a certain position in the fabric market.

Dull satin

Dull satin is made from 68D/48F full-silk-blanketed polyester FDY and 75/36D DTY yarns as the main raw materials. It is woven using the satin weave process on a jet loom to create a metallic-look fabric. This fabric possesses both soft drape and breathable comfort properties. Our 320cm width products can be used for bedding or curtains. The quality is excellent and has received high praise from customers.

Spandex satin

Spandex satin fabric, which is made of spandex fibers, is woven from polyester FDY glossy 50D or DTY 75D + spandex. It is produced using a satin weave on a jet loom. Due to the use of glossy fibers for both warp and weft, the fabric surface becomes attractive. It is highly favored for its lightness, softness, elasticity, comfort, and luster.

Twist satin

Twist satin is a twill-weave synthetic fabric made from polyester. The weft yarns are mostly 75D polyester filaments. Through the twisting process, the fabric enhances the tightness and drape of the yarns. This fabric has a soft and smooth texture and a matte or glossy surface effect. It is widely used in formal wear, stage costumes, home textiles, and luggage fabrics.

Jacquard satin

Jacquard satin is a special jacquard-textured fabric processed through the jacquard weaving technique. It belongs to a type of satin fabric.Through the jacquard machine, a three-dimensional pattern is woven onto the fabric, which is different from the plain color or simple prints of ordinary jacquard fabric. The pattern has a more layered appearance and excellent permanent drape, making it suitable for making items that require a sense of shape, such as dresses and curtains. Its wrinkle resistance and durability are superior to true silk.

Microfiber fabric

The main raw material for ultrafine fibers is polyester fibers. Ultra fine fibers themselves have excellent wear resistance, which makes pure polyester brushed fabrics less prone to wear during use.The surface of the fabric is covered with a particularly short and delicate layer of fine hair. It has the functions of moisture absorption, breathability, and waterproofing. Ensure the stability and durability of the fabric. Its comfortable feel makes it widely used in performance clothing and home textiles

Microfiber embossed

Microfiber embossed fabric is a special type of fabric that forms a textured surface through mechanical pressing. The application of ultrasonic hot stamping technology and 3D printing technology has significantly increased the complexity of patterns. Its application areas include clothing fabrics, home fabrics, and other fields.

Microfiber crushed

Microfiber crushed is a type of polyester fabric processed through special techniques. The core process includes high-temperature water washing (usually 2-3 times at 95 ℃), double-sided hot pressing, and other steps, which create a slight wrinkle and old material texture on the surface of the fabric, while improving softness and skin friendliness. The hand feel is soft and delicate, similar to the "sanding" effect, with a retro style of natural wrinkles. The surface color tone is soft and the glossiness is low, presenting a premium texture such as the Morandi color scheme. Compared to ordinary pure cotton, washed cotton is lighter and drier, suitable for summer bedding or casual clothing, and its ironing free feature is more worry free.
